Did Someone Say Tapas?

Owner and Head Chef of The Deck Café, Matt Dillow, has now brought his renowned tapas (once beloved at The Verandah Restaurant, Calais Estate) to Lovedale – and we for one welcome this exciting and delicious new re-vamp!

Here is a taste of what you can expect: Spanish Iberico Jamon, charred garlic and smeared tomato bruschetta; Quinoa crusted zucchini flowers with Binnorie Fetta, olive and chick pea salsa and saffron aioli; Maple glazed pork belly on French toast and crackle dust; Chorizo and Manchego croquetta with chipotle aioli.
