Discover the Historic Town of Morpeth

Take a trip to Morpeth and discover the historic town on the banks of the Hunter River. Sample local wines and browse boutique shops in heritage 19th-century buildings, including the bakehouse where the Arnott’s family biscuit dynasty began.

Whilst there make sure you visit Campbell's Store which is home to Morpeth Antique Centre. The store hosts 25 dealers showcasing antiques, vintage, deco to retro and bric-a-brac. If you’re looking for the perfect gift for Father’s Day you’ll also find a range of war memorabilia, vinyl records and depression glass.

After a morning of perusing, wander over to Morpeth Gallery where you’ll be blown away by the incredible artwork on display. The gallery specialises in investment art and boasts an incredible range of artwork by recognised and internationally awarded artists. Campbell’s Store and Morpeth Gallery are open from Thursday – Sunday between 10am and 5pm. You can also shop online.
