Saddler’s Creek Wines’ annual Winemaker’s Table Lunch is on Saturday 9 March, with special guest Phil Ryan. Celebrating the end of an era and the last of the Ryan’s Reserve wines paired with a four-course lunch created by local Chef Matt Dillow. Enjoy fabulous food, winemaking stories and courses that include fresh prawns, blue swimmer crab, confit duck, lamb backstrap and a wonderful chocolate and fudge cake – not to mention a flight of extraordinary wines.
