Carols in the Park

Carols in the Park, presented by Newcastle Permanent Building Society and Cessnock City Council, is back for 2018 in what has become the biggest of Cessnock’s Christmas celebration events!

The event will kick off at 5.30pm at Cessnock Sportsground, with MC local Country Music Star Tara Naysmith.

Visitors can enjoy Carols from 6.45pm, while relaxing with a picnic, grabbing a bite to eat or refreshments from one of the food trucks, and wandering market stalls for that last minute Christmas gift.

The big man will also be paying the kids a visit - Santa will be resting his reindeers in the nearby vineyards but will still be flying his way there - via helicopter!

The night will end at 9pm with a spectacular fireworks finale.

So bring your own picnic blankets and chairs and get ready for a night full of family fun!
