The Beer & BBQ Cooking Class showcases how you would cook and serve a gourmet BBQ dinner party – all matched to four premium Australian craft beers. This class is all about being bathed in glory when you next have the gang around for a BBQ at your place!
The American Smoking Class aims to give attendees an understanding of the four main BBQ regions of the United States and the differences between them. Gain confidence when using charcoal/wood in smoking/cooking meats and learn about the “low and slow” method of BBQ and how to produce mouth-watering, juicy, tender, fall apart delicious meats every time you use your Smoker or Charcoal BBQ and enjoy a selection of tasty beers to wash it all down!
With the Meat BBQ Class, you’ll learn to cook your basic meats to perfection on the BBQ while matching your dishes with wine. Eat your way through the amazing meals you will create on the day, and of course, you will be offered a premium craft beer or a wine to go with the meat.
The Seafood BBQ Class will have you impressing all your guests as you cook up the perfect Seafood dish. You’ll practice marinating techniques and learn tips for timing and skills to enhance the presentation.
