Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own cheese at home? Well here is your chance! The crew at Hunter Valley Cheese Factory are offering workshops with their experienced Artisian Cheesemaker David Bower, and Affinuer and Fromagier Rosalia Lambert.
Speciality Cheese making is a long-crafted tradition, and learning how to make it under the watchful eye of an Artisian Cheesemaker is an amazing experience. As a participant you will learn about cheese origins, ingredients, ripening principles, milk quality, and of course how to make it first hand. Rosalia will also instruct you through a cheese appreciation and wine matching session. That's when you really become a cheese connoisseur.
