Get Mixing This Spring!

Warm weather and longer days call for the perfect cocktail! The Verandah Restaurant is offering the ultimate cocktail classes taught by in house mixologist Brodie Belle, where you can finally learn how to make your favourite cocktail and impress your friends for the festive season.

Brodie will personally show you the tricks of the trade when it comes to all things stirring, shaking and muddling. Perfect for team building, hens or bucks parties or to start your weekend away with a flare. Plus, all that shaking will work up an appetite so enjoy a meze platter or 4 course tapas meal with your cocktails!

The interactive cocktail classes run for 2 hours (including 3 cocktails + meze platter) is $75 pp or $100 pp for the class followed by 4 course tapas meal and 3 cocktails on the verandah.
