Lambloch Estate
2018 Sauvignon Blanc Frizzante  |  $29
We wanted to create the perfect wine for enjoying on a warm sunny day. It had to be light, tropical, refreshing and different to other wines on the market. The Sauvignon Blanc Frizzante is all that and more. The ultimate wine for fun in the sun.
TASTING Lively fruit flavours of passionfruit and fresh citrus coupled with refreshing bubbles, providing a crisp clean fruity finish.

FOOD MATCH Perfectly matched with seafood and salads, or some cheese and nibbles with friends.
CELLARING Best enjoyed young and fresh.

Lucy's Run Wines
2019 2 Fat Cows Rosé  |  $22
From Lucy's Run own single vineyard Merlot grapes, this beaut rosé was named after our two lovely, but hefty, bovines – Thelma and Louise! Like our two 'girls', this wine is fat and juicy, full of red berry lusciousness and showing light hints of rose petal and honey – voluptuous!
TASTING Beautifully Spring fresh, our Rosé is medium-bodied but delicate on the palate, with light strawberries and cream flavours also emerging.

FOOD MATCH Delicious on hot afternoons around the pool, and great with light pasta dishes, Pad Thai, fish and chips... go for it!
CELLARING Will happily cellar for the next few years, but why wait...

2018 Shiraz Pressings  |  $45
A Big and Gutsy style Hunter Valley red. The ripe fruit characters show pepper and spice with good tannins having been matured in quality French Oak, sealed with natural cork and hand waxed to ensure great cellaring.
TASTING This big Hunter Red has a fabulous deep red colour, with ripe fruit, pepper and spice on the palate. The oak and tannin characters give the palate complexity and linger perfectly in the mouth. A rich and well balanced red wine.

Pokolbin Estate
2019 Belebula Nebbiolo Rosé  |  $25
Barolo and Barbaresco are the premier Nebbiolo spots in the world. But now there are other places that make great Nebbiolo wines. Nebbiolo is an incredibly fussy variety to grow, flowering early, ripening late, and can struggle to ripen fully. Pokolbin Estate’s Nebbiolo Rosé is grown at Belebula Estate on Old North Rd.
TASTING A traditional dry European style Rosé. Kissed with wild strawberries and a twist of Campari on the palate. Finishing with savoury fresh acidity, lingering and dry.

FOOD MATCH Pork, a luncheon wine or fruit and cheese.
CELLARING Good cellaring potential but with age the colour does become deeper and rustic.
