This Rosé is a unique blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Shiraz grown on the family vineyard. A cool fermentation preserves the delicate aromatics. This fresh, vibrant and dry style of Rosé is the perfect crowd-pleaser.
TASTING The freshly pressed juices fermented on their skins for 2 hours, result in a light blush colour. With aromatics of strawberries and cream, and natural acidity gives the wine a lovely liveliness which is backed by lush strawberry and raspberry fruits.
