Tower Whiskey Distillery cordially invites guests to indulge in an exclusive tasting showcasing their newest whiskey range. This collection boasts four exceptional single-cask, single-malt whiskeys meticulously crafted on-site. As Wine Country’s inaugural and sole Whiskey Distillery, Tower Whiskey Distillery presents a unique opportunity with its Whiskey Tasting Flight. Visitors will be guided through an informative session, delving into the intricate whiskey production process and unveiling the narrative behind the debut releases, including No. B1 Bourbon Barrel American Oak; No. 7 Malbec French Oak; No. 3 Shiraz American Oak; and No. 9 Fortified French Oak. There is no need to book (although it is recommended due to limited availability); tastings are $45 pp for walk-ins, or pre-booked tastings ($ 40 pp) will ensure you enjoy this unique Hunter Valley experience.
