In addition to its much-loved Hunter Chardonnay, Semillon and Shiraz, Allandale has developed an enviable reputation for producing award-winning contemporary favourites, most recently winning Rosé of the Year (Australia and NZ) with their 2018 Classic Dry Rosé at the 2019 Winestate Wine of the Year Awards. You will also find their cult favourite Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo.

Established in 1978, Allandale’s cellar door experience has successfully cemented its reputation amongst connoisseurs and novices alike thanks to their down to earth and knowledgeable approach. Take a trip to the winery, and you’ll be greeted at the door by Allandale’s resident wine dogs, Sonny and Baxter. Their friendly cellar door staff will take you through a guided tasting to find a wine you will adore. The quaint cellar door allows guests to sit amongst modern winemaking equipment for an immersive experience, or you can enjoy your tasting lounging on the lawn while you take in the breathtaking panoramic views over the vineyard to the Brokenback Mountain Range.
