Cranky Handle Rally

The Hunter Valley Vintage Farm Machinery Club and Richmond Vale Railway Museum are combining once again for the 4th annual Cranky Handle Rally – a demonstration of everything to do with early machinery, engines and tractors, held on Saturday 17th - Sunday 18th August. Maitland Steam will also have a steam train engine display over the weekend, and train rides on Marjorie (pictured) are included in the entry cost – this is very popular with kids! For those interested, you can also hop onto one of the guided tours of the museum to see how the mine operated pre-1970's. Food and refreshments will be available on the day.
