The weather is warming up, we’re dusting off the BBQ and entertaining friends and family at home. But what’s a gathering without a charcuterie board?
To make the perfect board you need cured meats, some crackers, maybe even some olives… but to really make your guests impressed, you need Binnorie Dairy’s range of soft cheeses. There’s the flagship, gold-medal, award-winning marinated feta; the swoon-worthy triple cream brie; and the creamy labna (so squishable). They have a range for goat’s cheese lovers plus washed rind cheese.
While you’re there you could even pick up one of their delicious Tiramisus made with their own Binnorie Mascarpone for dessert.
If you would prefer something a little more low-key, grab a picnic box and wander out onto the grass, find a spot under the shade of a gumtree, and enjoy the picturesque views of Wine Country.
