At Latitude 32 Wines, the Hunter Valley's winemaking heritage is celebrated with a modern edge.
Open since April 2024, the cellar door looks out over the vines and offers tasting flights showcasing an award-winning range — Hunter classics like Shiraz, Semillon and Chardonnay, a rare, white-vinified Pinot Noir, and a Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling aged on lees for added depth.
Guests can pair their tasting with dumplings or relax with a Cheese and Charcuterie platter at one of the property's scenic vantage points. In warmer months, the Breakfast in the Vines experience offers a gourmet hamper, vineyard views, and yes, breakfast wine.
OPEN 7 days 10AM–5PM, or by appointment.
Online booking recommended. Wines can also be purchased and enjoyed by the glass.
