The Hunter Valley vineyard now welcomes guests by appointment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, complementing its regular Thursday-to-Sunday cellar door tastings. Leading the welcome is Corey, the new Cellar Door Manager and in-house wine guru, alongside Arrow, the cellar door's newest four-legged team member. Together, they bring warmth and enthusiasm to every visit. In the vineyard, exciting changes are underway. The team is planting additional Chardonnay to meet growing demand and introducing Fiano, a vibrant southern Italian variety well suited to the Hunter Valley's unique terroir.
