IRON GATE ESTATE 2022 Cabernets Rosé This 2022 version of Rosé is stylistically the same as previous vintages. This vintage’s version is predominantly a combination of early picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Bright pink-salmon in the glass, the bouquet presents scents of cranberry, red currant and tea rose. TASTING The refined palate is elegant with red berry-like flavours, good fruit weight and a cleansing and slightly dry finish.
FOOD MATCH Terrific with anything from fruit to cheese, but great with seared salmon.

KELMAN VINEYARD Rosé 2021 Salmon pink and made from hand – picked Shiraz and Tempranillo fruit from the Kelman vineyard in the Parish of Pokolbin. Ideal for picnics and barbecues. TASTING Refreshing yet subtle this wine has a rounded palate of raspberries and cranberries that finishes savoury and dry.
