Situated among the vineyards, Watershed Gallery is a vibrant and continually changing space for Wine Country locals and visitors to enjoy and interact with art and artists.
Founded by Ron and Lyn Hammond, the gallery is the culmination of their vision to create a space in the beautiful Hunter Valley vineyard region for the display and retail of contemporary art.
Lyn has had a lifetime career as a professional artist and was the co-owner of Artfocus Gallery in Sydney for many years, in addition to being an art teacher and a prolific creator of artworks. Ron has been in the signage and graphic design industry for 30-plus years, specialising in delivering spaces and branding for premium automotive brands. The gallery showcases talented artists from around Pokolbin, the greater Hunter Valley region and nationally, featuring a diverse range of contemporary works.
Open Friday to Sunday, 10:30am – 3pm, Watershed Gallery offers rotating exhibitions that provide fresh experiences with each visit, making it a must-see destination for art lovers exploring the renowned wine region.
