Winery Spotlight: Kelman Vineyard

Kelman have won hundreds of awards and medals over the years and are highly regarded by wine reviewers, notably recognised again as a 4 1/2 star winery in the 2021 James Halliday Wine Companion. Their classic Hunter varietals include Shiraz, Semillon and Chardonnay, plus Tempranillo, Blanc de Blanc, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Moscato and Liqueur Muscat. Their wines are generally made in limited quantities, completely depending on the availability of good quality fruit from that vintage.

You can taste their wines at the Cellar Door, located at 2 Oakey Creek Road, Pokolbin – open Thursday to Monday from 10am to 4pm.
