Duck Degustation At Bimbadgen

Executive Chef Nick Samaras is hosting his popular Duck Degustation event at the newly renovated property Bimbagen Palmers Lane.
After drinks on arrival, you will be treated to 4 courses, expertly matched with Bimbadgen wines. First course starts with a tea smoked duck with cherry jam, followed by a duck neck and pistachio sausage; the third course consists of a wood fired oven roasted hoisin duck with shitake mushrooms and choy sum. Finally you will be treated to a duck egg crème caramel dessert. All while you relax to the sounds of acoustic entertainment by local musician Prahlad Little.
