Degustation to your Door

The Deck Cafe Lovedale has announced they're doing another “Degustation to your Door” on Saturday the 6th of August!

Previous Degustation to your Door events hosted by The Deck Cafe have seen 13,500 people enjoying their very own delicious creations in the comfort of their own home.

Cook a 6 course dinner like a pro! Matt Dillow and his team from The Deck Cafe Lovedale have put together a 6 course home delivered Degustation menu that you will put together each meal at home with Matt's guidance. The Degustation ingredients comes with instructions and Matt will host a Facebook Live for each course demonstrating how to put each course together.

The mouthwatering menu includes;

Pre Dinner 4:45pm

Bresola, croute, whipped goats cheese, truffled mushroom pate

Option: Gartelmann Brittany’s Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

1st Course 5pm

Prosciutto and thyme wrapped brie, sour dough, cranberry sauce

Option: Gartelmann Bianka’s Sparkling Shiraz

2nd Course 6pm

Seafood, smoked tomato and saffron risotto

Option: Gartelmann Benjamin 2022 Semillon

3rd Course 7pm

Confit duck, chestnut potato gnocchi, cherry honey and Rosemary sauce

Option: Gartelmann 2021 Joey Merlot

4th Course 8pm

Slow braised Moroccan pulled pork shoulder, white bean and chorizo cassoulet, cumin yoghurt

Option: Gartelmann 2017 Georg Petit Verdot

5th Course 9pm

Hazelnut and frangelico soft centred souffle, vanilla mascarpone

Citrus creme brûlée, berry compote

Option: Gartelmann NV Ronnie’s Liqueur Muscat

Delivery of your Degustation pack will be available for collection at multiple pick up points in Sydney, Newcastle, Maitland, Singleton and the Hunter Valley on Friday 5th August and Saturday 6th August.
