Get Your Spritz Fix!

Summer has well and truly arrived, and we declare it Spritz Season! It’s time to quench your thirst and get your spritz on! We’ve come up with the ultimate guide for all tastes to get a Spritz fix this Summer. This beloved Italian beverage is super easy to splash together and light enough in alcohol (to day drink) – and we think it’s the perfect solution to stay cool, as no one ever broke a sweat popping a bottle of bubbly…

PICK YOUR SPRITZ

APEROL-GRAPEFRUIT SPRITZ

The Aperol Spritz is one of the most popular aperitifs in Italy, and you'll soon find out why! Ingredients include grapefruit, dry Prosecco/sparkling white wine, fresh grapefruit juice, Aperol, vodka and soda water.

ST-GERMAIN SPRITZ

Light and floral, this elderflower liqueur based spritz makes for a perfect all-day sipper. Ingredients include dry Prosecco sparkling white wine, St. Germain (elderflower liqueur), soda water and fresh lavendar for garnish.

CUCUMBER-GIN SPRITZ

This herb-infused on-the-rocks drink is fresh, cooling, and thirst-quenching – cucumber and gin are a match made in cocktail heaven. Ingredients include cucumber, gin, simple (sugar) syrup, dry Prosecco/sparkling white wine and soda water.

BERRY RED WINE SPRITZ

A twist on Sangria, this spritz is light and berry refreshing. Ingredients include strawberries/blueberries, honey, lime juice, red wine (Merlot or a Shiraz), soda water and mint.

SBAGLIATO SPRITZ

In Italian, sbagliato means mistake. Supposedly, a bartender grabbed sparkling wine instead of gin, resulting in this happy, delicious mistake. Ingredients include dry Prosecco/sparkling white wine, sweet vermouth, Campari, soda water and lime.
