PUT A LOCAL IN YOUR POCKET And Find... Hunters Quarter

Over the Easter long weekend, more visitors found Hunters Quarter (HQ) on the guide than any other restaurant. The relaxed and elegant dining destination, located in the Cockfighters Ghost Vineyard of Pokolbin, is also a local's favourite, so it's easy to see why.


At HQ, diners experience a dining space with something for everyone – whatever the occasion, you'll discover a contemporary dining experience with welcoming service in a unique and beautiful setting. With a private terrace in the vineyards, it's also the perfect place to while away a few hours with family, friends, fantastic food and soak up Autumns splendour.


Head Chef and co-owner Brian Duncan brings a wealth of global and local experience in fine dining to HQ, having worked at the Dorchester Hotel (Three Michelin stars) and Claridges Hotel (One Michelin Star) in the upmarket area of Mayfair in London. Brian was the Executive Chef at Level 41 and The Establishment, two of Sydney's premier restaurants. His breadth of experience and exposure to various world cuisines bring a unique and refined quality to his product. Brian believes that the very best food is based on simple, fresh, local and seasonal produce.


"At Hunters Quarter, we love food, a glass of wine and all those little moments we spend with our family and friends. That's why we are here. Good friends, good food, new memories," says restauranteur and co-owner Jen O'Brien.
