At Estancia Adina, everything centres around cooking with fire, and from the grill and smoker to the traditional parrilla, the team draws on Argentina, Peru and Italy, letting quality ingredients and simple techniques speak for themselves.

The seasonal menu always features premium steaks, fresh pasta and seafood, alongside local Hunter Valley produce and Adina wines. Estancia has also introduced three signature weekly experiences loved by locals and visitors alike: Thursday's Family Pasta Night, a rotating Italian banquet celebrating classic family-style dining; Friday's Steak Night, showcasing premium dry-aged, grass-fed and Wagyu beef with different cuts featured through the season; and Smokey Sundays parrilla, where the smoker, spit and parrilla take centre stage with whole lamb, beef short ribs, Picanha and house-made chorizo cooked over wood fire. More than just a restaurant, Estancia Adina is a place where people gather, share great food, enjoy local wine and experience genuine hospitality in one of the Hunter Valley's most beautiful vineyard settings.
