Lambloch Estate 2018 Sauvignon Blanc Frizzante | $29 At Lambloch we wanted to create the perfect sparkling wine to enjoy on a warm sunny day. It had to be light, tropical, refreshing and different to other wines on the market and that is what the Sauvignon Blanc Frizzante is all about. The ultimate wine for fun in the sun. 2018 Personal Reserve Hunter Ridge Chardonnay | $50 Single Vineyard Chardonnay from the esteemed Hunter Ridge vineyard. TASTING A true Chardonnay lovers wine. 2019 Three Ponds Neptune (Available from The Garden Cellars) | $30 A classic Hunter blend of its two most esteemed white grapes, Semillon and Chardonnay. Three Ponds wines are made to showcase Hunter Valley fruit and winemaking at its best. Owned by the Lannuzzi and Tsironis families, Three Ponds combines European and modern Australian traditions of winemaking and viticulture. TASTING Lemon zest and granny smith apples notes. The Chardonnay used in the base wine is sourced from 40yr old vines in Margans's Saxonvale vineyards, located on the red volcanic clays of the Fordwich Sill. TASTING Intensely aromatic and fresh, made from 100% Chardonnay and blended from the harvest of various years to ensure consistent quality. A crisp, fresh style exploding with white stone fruits, nutty complexity and green apple acidity. FOOD MATCH Oysters, sashimi and parfait. CELLARING 5 to 10 years.
