Tamburlaine Organic Wines

2021 Hunter Valley Preservative Free Rosé – RRP $24

An excellent vintage from our vineyards in the Hunter Valley. Made from certified organic Shiraz, Cabernet and Durif, without the addition of sulphur from the vineyard to the bottle.

TASTING Delicate pale pink in colour with lifted pink grapefruit and a generous taste of strawberries.

FOOD MATCH Pairs well with Charcuterie, or veggie skewers on the BBQ.

Hungerford Hill Wines

Hungerford Hill EPIC Shiraz 2017 – RRP $150

Epic is the pinnacle of our winemaking at Hungerford Hill and our most iconic red wine. Single vineyard, top quality barrels, and only outstanding grapes are used to make the Epic Shiraz.

TASTING Deep purple red with a nose of chocolate, earthy spice and blood plum, this follows with an incredibly smooth creamy palate. Blackberry and plum fruit on the palate with dense supple tannins and a long fruit dominated finish.

FOOD MATCH In partnership with two-hatted Muse Restaurant, we created an Epic Tasting Experience in it's honour – a mini-degustation of 5 Hungerford Hill wines matched to bite-sized dishes. This wine matches perfectly with red meats, from the humble sausage roll to a gourmet wagyu steak.

CELLARING Save it for another 5 years, drink by 2038.


Savannah Estate

2017 Mudgee Chambourcin – RRP $35

Savannah Estate Wines are produced from small select parcels of premium fruit grown in renowned viticulture regions throughout Australia. Chambourcin in its own right is a very interesting hybrid with one of the few red grapes to have red flesh. Lifted and aromatic fruit aromas of blueberry, boysenberry and blood plum.

TASTING The palate is full-bodied, ripe, generous yet remarkably soft. The upfront fruit flavours are black fruits such as blackberry and mulberry. The mid-palate is broad with flavours of crushed nuts and smoky bacon. The back palate is soft, long and juicy.

FOOD MATCH Pork and fennel sausages, creamy garlic mash with thick onion gravy.

CELLARING Now – 4 years.

Winmark Wines

2019 Rusty’s Run Chardonnay – RRP $32

With a rich viticultural history dating back to 1972, the former Pooles Rock property is enjoying a revival like no other. With a team of winemaking and viticultural experts, the vineyard is once again producing premium Chardonnay.

TASTING The wine expresses peach and citrus notes. The fruit was harvested at night and following initial oak fermentation was matured in stainless steel until its release in October 2019. The subtle oak handling emphasises elegance and a crisp dry finish.

FOOD MATCH One of the great things about Chardonnay, is it’s very versatile throughout all seasons. Best enjoyed with

great food and great company!

CELLARING Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.


Mistletoe Wines

2019 Home Vineyard Semillon – $24

Another high-quality off-dry Semillon from the Mistletoe Home Vineyard. The fruit is hand-harvested from low cropped 25-year old vines, and cold-fermented without any oak influence.

TASTING Fermentation was halted at 7 grams per litre residual sweetness and the wine was bottled early to retain the crisp acidity and lemony grapefruit characters typical of this vineyard.

FOOD MATCH An ideal luncheon wine, and perfect with freshly shucked oysters or cooked prawns.

CELLARING Drink now or cellar with confidence to 2028.


Mount Pleasant

2014 Lovedale Semillon – RRP $70

The late Maurice O'Shea planted the Lovedale vineyard in 1946 with incredible foresight, recognising that the unique structure of the land and the surrounding environment would deliver the tightness and acidity for world-class Semillon. Rated 95+ points by Gary Walsh and named Best Semillon in Show at the 2020 Royal Adelaide Wine Show.

TASTING Intense citrus and lemongrass combine with bottle age characters of lanolin and toast showcasing the amazing

length of this wonderful aged style.

FOOD MATCH Pairs great with fresh oysters or sashimi.

CELLARING This wine provides exceptional drinking now or can be carefully cellared up to fifteen years or more from vintage.
