A delightfully refreshing and light sparkling for summer! Single vineyard Hunter Valley

Sangiovese has been used to make this sparkling Rose’. Hints of sweet red berries and pink lady apple framework on the palate result in a lingering finish.

TASTING Red berries. Slightly off-dry, with a nice acid framework for a lingering finish.

FOOD MATCH Enjoy chilled on its own or with seafood entrée.

TASTING Grapefruit, citrus and green peach aromas with a palate of crunchy citrus and stone-fruit characters and a deliciously dry finish.

TASTING Hailing from Alsace in France, Gewürztraminer is an aromatic grape variety, renowned for its heady, floral aromas, reminiscent of lychees and roses. Crisp, refreshing flavours, with a touch of spice and a luscious finish. Gewürztraminer - hard to say, easy to drink!

Arcachon Semillon 2022

TASTING Pale lemon yellow with a silver-green hue. Very focused lemon and lime with citrus florals

and a hint of lemonade iceblocks. Some underlying mineral talc and lavender floral notes. Plush entry with lemon and lime across zesty yet supple acidity. There is power in the acid but a touch of the Fist in the velvet glove here. Long, succulent, and juicy making this wine a good contender for the cellar.

FOOD MATCH Spaghetti vongole.
