Amaze & Play in the Garden

Hunter Valley Gardens will transform into an adventurous playground as Amaze & Play kicks off these school holidays! Open from Saturday, 23 September, until Sunday, 8 October, families can enjoy a super-fun Spring day out!

Search for the lost creatures hidden within the giant Spring Adventure Maze and discover the magical fairies and gnomes of the Storybook Garden. The kids will love bouncing around on the inflatable jumping castle and obstacle course, blowing up a storm in the bubble zone and seeing all the fresh Spring colours of the gardens in full bloom. There are also junior jumping castles for the smaller family members to enjoy (height restrictions apply).

The Storybook Garden will be transformed into a fairy and gnome wonderland with beautiful installations along the way, including bright birdhouses, potted colour displays and hanging baskets. There will also be roving entertainers on hand to keep the kids entertained.

The giant Spring Adventure Maze is a fun challenge for the whole family, offering an exciting quest to find the lost creatures within. Spanning over 400 metres, the maze features intricate pathways, including tricky dead ends that will put your sense of direction to the ultimate test.

Once you’ve finished exploring, grab a ride token and head over to The Swing Chair, Ferris Wheel and Superslide for the more adventurous or choose to take it easy on The Carousel or Tea Cup Ride. The 25-metre tall Ferris Wheel will offer you incredible, panoramic views of the Gardens and will be your chance to see the Gardens from above.

Amaze & Play in the Garden activities will be open every day from 10am until 3pm. The Gardens will be open daily from 9 am until 5pm, with the last entry at 3pm. Rides are open between 10am and 4:30pm. To book, visit www.hvg.com.au.
