Crafting Artisanal Cheeses in Hunter Valley Wine Country | Binnorie Dairy

Binnorie Dairy, located in Hunter Valley Wine Country, is renowned as one of Australia's top soft cheesemakers.

Since 2003, they've been crafting their cheeses on-site in Lovedale. Visitors can enjoy complimentary tastings daily from 10am to 5pm and might catch a glimpse of the cheesemaking process through a viewing window. The cheeses are made from cow's milk sourced from various herds in the region, including Jersey, Brown Swiss, Friesian, and goat's milk. While their specialty is young, soft, fresh cheeses, they also offer popular single and triple cream brie, washed-rind, and award-winning marinated feta. The cheese cabinet is filled with tempting selections, including triple cream brie, creamy labna, and a variety of goat's cheeses like Buche de Chèvre and spreadable Chèvre with dill. Their washed-rind cheese, with its characteristic orange rind and melt-in-your-mouth texture, is not to be missed. Whether you're heading into or out of wine country, be sure to indulge in these delectable offerings from Binnorie Dairy. For more information, visit www.binnoriedairy.com.au
