Celebrating a "10 out of 10" Hunter Valley Vintage

An outstanding vintage predicted for Hunter Valley red and white wines will be celebrated at the region’s premier Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival at Lovedale on Saturday 24 June.

The festival will be held between 11am – 5pm at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley (formerly Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley).

A lineup of over 50 premium wineries, brewers and distillers will offer tastings throughout the day, complemented by food outlets, entertainment and plenty of family-friendly activities.

An exciting range of established and boutique Hunter Valley wineries will be offering their wines for tasting, along with local breweries and some of the region’s most exciting spirit producers.

In between tastings (which will also include local cheese and other artisan products), festival-goers can enjoy entertainment from well-known local musicians, food from a wide range of providores, and the opportunity to relax in the spacious grounds of the Rydges Resort.

The Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival is a family-friendly event, with children receiving complimentary entry to the Festival, where they will enjoy a variety of activities including a jumping castle, train rides, and face painting.

There is plenty of onsite parking at Rydges Resort and for visitors staying in the Hunter Valley over the weekend, Vineyard Shuttles is providing return transfers from their accommodation to the festival for just $20 pp. Bookings can be made on 4991 3655 or by emailing

Once again, the Festival will support the local Rural Fire Service, with fundraising activities on the day. General Admission tickets are available for $15pp ($25pp on the day) through Moshtix (booking fees apply). Children have free access to the event when accompanying parents.

Tastings are available for $2 each (30ml wine, 100ml beer/cider). Cans of beer will also be available. Bookings and further information:
