Tintilla is a little different from your average winery as an important aspect of Tintilla is its olives – with five different varieties grown over areas that were not suitable for the planting of vines. Sold exclusively from the Cellar Door, the olives are handpicked, debittered and fermented before bottling with various traditional herbs and spices.

The boutique cellar door offers visitors a unique wine and food experience. Enjoy a tasting from a large Riedel glass while enjoying a cheese platter and an array of Tintilla condiments while soaking up the ambience of the vineyard. Tintilla Estate offers daily tastings of their wines and olives, seven days a week, from 10.30am until 6pm, for groups of less than eight.
