Directed by Wesley Enoch, The Visitors is a play written by Jane Wright, which follows the discussions and experiences of seven Eora leaders in the face of the First Fleet encountering Australia in 1788. The play aims to create discourse and to reflect on the colonial past and the possibility of a different future. The play enhances audience comprehension of Indigenous viewpoints, particularly through Enoch's engagement with the Indigenous Futurism movement and reinterpretations of historical narratives.
