Immerse yourself in a culinary journey unlike any other at Estancia Adina, with a menu that showcases a fusion of South American, northern Italian and Mediterranean influences, elevated by the bounty of the Hunter Valley’s finest ingredients.

Set among Adina’s 55 hectares of vines and olive groves, the restaurant has recently begun operating in its own space, featuring a dedicated dining area with an extended deck, a beautiful private dining room, and the Adina GT room just next door, offering olive and wine tastings. Open five days a week, with special-themed evenings, Estancia is the ideal place to get a taste of Wine Country. On Thursday nights, enjoy family pasta night; on Friday nights, the steak frites special; or on Sundays, a tasty parrilla, all served with exceptional wines. Along with weekend brunch, fantastic coffee, cocktails, fresh seafood and the new GT Room! Whether it’s lunch, dinner, or a tasting experience, every visit is about great food, great wine, and a welcoming atmosphere. For more info, visit estancia.au.
