Parched Crow Wines

2022 Semillon

Homegrown and handcrafted. Parched Crow Wines is a family owned and locally run wine producer, with a long line of history in cattle farming and viticulture. The 2022 vintage is a single vineyard Semillon, sourced from their Oakey Creek Vineyard, an iconic parcel planted by the Drayton family in the 80’s approximately 1.5km as the crow flies from the Parched Crow Cellar Door.

TASTING Light, crisp and filled with kaffir lime leaf citrus notes.

FOOD MATCH The perfect wine for spring/summer! Pair with fresh seafood, pasta of any kind, crispy skin salmon or even a classic barbeque lunch. You won’t go wrong. Semillon is a extremely palatable white.

CELLARING Drink young now or age for 10+ years.



Gartelmann Wines

2023 Veronica Rosé

An award winning dry Rosé made from 100% Hunter Valley Shiraz.

TASTING A medley of characters on the nose showing Turkish Delight, strawberries and Roséwater. Abundant “strawberries and cream” characters dominate with subtle sweetness, offset by balanced acid so that the wine fills the mouth whilst remaining dry and lively.

FOOD MATCH Serve chilled with soy salmon, steamed duck, BBQ’d seafood, grilled haloumi and anything smoky or salty will work a treat!

CELLARING Drink now whilst young and fresh through to later in 2025.



Blueberry Hill

2022 Semillon

This 2022 Semillon is a stunning example of Hunter Valley Semillon.

TASTING Clean and crisp, a palate of green apple and lemon citrus serves as a refreshing drink in its youth, with the potential for aging up to ten years.

FOOD MATCH A perfect accompaniment to fresh seafood, especially prawns and oysters.

CELLARING Drink now for a crisp wine or cellar up to 2032 to taste the rarity of aged Semillon.



Savannah Estate

2022 Hunter Valley Pinot Gris

Savannah Estate Wines are produced from small select parcels of premium fruit grown in renowned viticulture regions throughout Australia. This Hunter Valley Pinot Gris is like no other, which is the perfect accompaniment to any lazy Sunday afternoon on the back deck!

TASTING On the nose, it presents a delicate bouquet of aromas that include crisp apple, pear, and hints of citrus zest. These aromas are complemented by a subtle floral note that adds an extra layer of complexity. The fruit flavours from the nose continue the palate, with crisp apple and pear leading the way. A lovely minerality also comes through, adding a touch of sophistication to the wine.

FOOD MATCH Moroccan chicken and turmeric with pearl couscous or another bottle!

Mercer Wines

Picpoul Blanc

Picpoul Blanc is a hot topic at the moment and Mercer Wines are one of only 5 producers making Picpoul wines from this ancient grape variety in NSW. This is a dry, refreshing, zesty, still white wine and an excellent match with seafood - especially oysters. With 93 points with Wine Front and gold medals at NSW Small Winemakers Show, National Cool Climate Show and Cowra Wine Show - this wine is one to watch!

TASTING Green tinted straw hues, ginger blossom aromas with zingy lime front palate flavours. The middle palate displays refreshing Granny Smith apple, gooseberry and pear elements.

FOOD MATCH Oysters, Sushi or your favourite seafood platter.

2021 Expressions Chardonnay

Winmark Expressions was created in recognition of the connection between wine, art and nature.

TASTING Bursting with elderflower and white peach aromas, the palate is juicy and intriguing with stone fruits and ripe Meyer lemon notes supported with elegant spice.

FOOD MATCH The perfect accompaniment to any seafood or seafood-inspired pasta, prawn risotto or roast chicken.
